STOCKTON-
The Stockton Asparagus Festival ended its day a few hours early Friday because of some rain.
Organizers announced at the festival and on social media that they were shutting down around 3:30 p.m., about three and a half hours before Friday’s events were scheduled to end.
Saturday and Sunday are expected to go on as planned.
