Eduardo Rosas Cruz, 25, is wanted by the Stockton Police Department for failing to comply with a tuberculosis order.

KERN COUNTY—

According to San Joaquin County Public Health, The man who left Stockton while being quarantined for tuberculosis is in custody in Kern County.
The case started when Cruz came in to the San Joaquin County General Hospital. Since officials say Cruz is homeless, the county paid for a room at the Capri Motel to get him off the streets and away from other people. The man then disappeared from his room, and police got involved in finding him.
The patient, Eduardo Rosas Cruz, will be staying in Kern County until he is cleared to travel.
