FORESTHILL-
The Placer County Sheriff’s Office say the body of a man was discovered near the Oxbow Reservoir that friends and family believe is missing Sacramento man Alan Porter.
Porter has been missing since April 29, when he rode his motorcycle away from his home. The body was found Thursday, near a wrecked motorcycle of the same model and license plate as Porter’s, by a passerby.
Motorcyclists frequent the area because of the winding roads and picturesque view.
The Sheriff’s Office has not yet officially confirmed that the body belonged to Porter.
