SACRAMENTO-

Sacramento Police say an intoxicated man fell asleep in the drive-thru at a restaurant in the Natomas Marketplace along Truxel Road Monday morning.

According to the police activity log, 22-year-old Freddy Oleagaspar ordered food in the drive-thru and fell asleep at the wheel.

Police say a restaurant employee woke Oleagaspar, who then drove into the parking lot and fell back asleep.

Officers found Oleagaspar asleep, with his still-running car in neutral and the parking brake engaged, according to investigators.

Oleagaspar was booked into Sacramento County Jail for driving under the influence.
